There is nothing more beautiful than putting together with her boyfriend to start a game and play it together in the same room. Call of Duty games have been offering split-screen options for a long time, and it looks like Sledgehammer Games will continue this tradition with Vanguard Split Screen.
Many hope, however, that SledHammer can breathe new life to the feature, considering how flawed the split screen of Black Ops Cold was. Couch coop games are very rare these days and it is difficult to find one that tickles all boxes. However, if everything runs according to plan, you may be able to enjoy the souvenir screen of Vanguard the couch coal as intended.
But what brings Vanguard SplitsCreen and how do you set it up? Here s all we know about the couch coeop function of the game, what you can play and how it works on a practical place.
Will there be Vanguard SplitsCreen?
At the moment, SLED HAMMER has not confirmed whether we receive the shared screen of Vanguard, but the split screen is listed as an option on the Microsoft Store page.
It is not clear if the shared screen will be limited to just one mode or both multiplayer and zombies, but since Call of Duty has a prehistory to make the function available for both modes, this is probably the case.
Historically SplitsCreen is only available for console players. So we can expect that this tradition will be continued with Vanguard.
How to set up the split screen in Call of Duty: Vanguard
At the moment it is not clear how the split screen is set up in Call of Duty: Vanguard, but we will update this manual as soon as we know it.
In earlier games you just had to do your friend a second controller and then Log in to the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X | S or Xbox One in your account. If the second (or third or even fourth player) has no PSN or Xbox Live account, he can sign up as a guest.
Once the application is completed, the lobby conductor selected the desired mode – either locally or online – and pressed search.
This is probably the same process for the shared screen of Vanguard, but note that additional players need their own PSN or Xbox live account with PS Plus or Xbox Live Gold if you want to play online. If not all players can access them, you can only play locally.
From now on, we expect the split screen to release Call of Duty: Vanguard is running smoothly, but if there are problems or faults, we will update this article with more information.
If you plan to play online, read once Vanguard and Warzones Ricochet Anti-Cheat, who should ward off scammers.
