Fortunately, an object was presented that can increase your chances to find them: a brilliant charm. Unfortunately, you cannot get this item until you do the only thing that is known for the entire Pokemon franchise. You must catch them all.

How brilliant charm increases your chances to find brilliant Pokémon scarlet and purple?
Although some may disagree, finding a brilliant Pokémon in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet is not as difficult as it may seem. Unlike some previous parts, you can physically see that Pokémon shines, even before you enter the battle with him. Given this, according to Professor Jacques himself, the probability of finding a brilliant Pokémon in the wild or by breeding is about 1/4000. As soon as you get Shiny Charm, these chances will increase to about 1/2000, which is about half!
